Your main missions:
- Service Request and Incident Management
- Workplace support (client PC, mobile devices, accessories, printer configuration)
- Installation/support of label printers
- Support for MS Office & SharePoint users.
- Office LAN, WLAN support
- Support from Citrix
- Help integrate and maintain knowledge management processes
- Knowledge of Citrix, Sharepoint, LAN, WLAN
- Experience on a ticket management tool (like Jira,)
- Ability to prioritize and to keep the overview
- Proactive and solution oriented mind-set
- Independent and self-driven
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SharePoint/O365
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (any other language is an advantage)
