Your main missions:

  • Service Request and Incident Management
  • Workplace support (client PC, mobile devices, accessories, printer configuration)
  • Installation/support of label printers
  • Support for MS Office & SharePoint users.
  • Office LAN, WLAN support
  • Support from Citrix
  • Help integrate and maintain knowledge management processes

Your skills:

  • Knowledge of Citrix, Sharepoint, LAN, WLAN
  • Experience on a ticket management tool (like Jira,)
  • Ability to prioritize and to keep the overview
  • Proactive and solution oriented mind-set
  • Independent and self-driven

Your profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SharePoint/O365
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (any other language is an advantage)
